In this versatile Sales Manager position, the candidate will lead revenue-generating sales activities including prospecting new business development and facilitating proposal presentations to potential clients. Serving as the first contact with potential customers, the Sales Manager will play a critical role in effectively communicating High10 Digital’s services to the point of fostering, obtaining, and maintaining healthy client partnerships. 

Duties & Responsibilities

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE SALES MANAGER

  • Own the entire sales process from prospecting to completion of the sale.
  • Identify prospects, using both inbound and outbound initiatives, across all industries throughout the U.S
  • Effectively close leads that result in new client partnerships.
  • Maintain, enhance, and strengthen existing client relationships that lead to increased sales.
  • Conduct analysis of potential client’s goals and needs, leading to proposed winning solutions.
  • Market and educate prospects on High10’s core strategic services -Business Analytics; Market Intelligence; Digital Marketing Tactics; and Paid Media Placement.
  • Develop customized proposals after identifying customer needs and business opportunities.
  • Provide actionable insights to enable ongoing optimal sales; enhance marketing; effectiveness with measurable ROI; improved decision-making and increased operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the technical and account management teams to devise strategies that align with prospective client’s business goals.
  • Customize, present, and sell digital marketing solutions that foster ongoing business growth for the client.

Qualifications

KEYS TO SUCCESS

  • Strong business services sales experience with proven results of success.
  • The ability to manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to sealing a partnership and closing the deal.
  • Proven consulting experience with a track record for developing healthy client relationships.
  • Superb communication skills with the ability to effectively listen to the client’s needs and consequently articulate how High 10 Digital’s services can provide solutions.
  • Great business acumen proven by the ability to identify and connect with potential client’s decision-makers.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to successfully communicate the benefits of making an investment in High 10’s services.
  • Great research skills that result in identifying prospective clients that have a growth mindset.
  • Competitive and sales-driven mentality with strong negotiation skills
  • Experience with using CRM and other technology for organization, record keeping, tracking, and reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
