Overview

One Source Logistics is a locally owned, customer-focused third-party logistics (3PL) company headquartered in Louisville, KY. Since 2008, we’ve been a Top 10 operational agent in our field by building strong relationships, delivering reliable service, and valuing our team.

As a Customer Service Representative (Call Center / Logistics), you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and carriers in our Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) division. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented role where clear communication, accuracy, and a strong customer service background are key to success.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide call center level customer support via phone and email
  • Book shipments and confirm rates with carriers
  • Deliver accurate shipment status updates to customers
  • Handle customer inquiries, problem resolution, and issue escalation
  • Accurately input and manage data in Microsoft Office and internal systems
  • Support daily logistics operations with attention to detail and urgency

Duties & Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

Required Experience:

  • 2+ years of proven call center and/or customer service experience (logistics, transportation, freight, or related industry a plus)
  • Strong history of phone and email communication with customers
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Skills & Attributes:

  • Professional, clear, and courteous communication
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Tech savvy with Microsoft Office and/or data entry software
  • Problem-solving mindset with initiative and self-direction
  • Team player with patience and flexibility

  • High school or equivalent (Required)
