Duties & Responsibilities
Role Description: We are looking for an individual with experience in software with a comprehensive view of basic systems functions. This role requires someone capable of absorbing and retaining our industry technology and self-motivated to become a versatile specialist. We are open to training the right individual that is energized by spreadsheets, operating systems, and applications.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Application Restart to deploy Jars from Dev to Prod in TMS to fix glitches/patches in the system
Check / Fix / Update System Health and Performance Monitoring
Importing and Exporting data between multiple systems
Create all TMS profiles for new employees and system training to end users
Continued “one on one” training to in-house and virtual employees on TMS upgrades, underutilized features, and applications
Creating / Updating / Developing spreadsheets and dashboards for reporting purposes
Staying up to date on all the different system applications in use
Assist with all new implementation applications
Tech support for all internet web portals in TMS
Update and deactivate permissions in TMS for all users
Experience with web-based phone systems (basic)
Power BI experience helpful
Proficient in Excel
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
College degree preferred but not required
