As a Customer Service Representative at One Source Logistics, you are at the center of daily operations. Those with an enthusiastic “can-do” attitude, unparalleled initiative, and lively team spirit succeed in this position. As part of the LTL (less than truckload) division, email and phone etiquette are top priority!

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Must be able to communicate effectively via phone & email
  • Confirming rates for customers
  • Booking shipments with carriers
  • Providing accurate status updates to customers
  • Customer reporting
  • Receivables
