The Louisville Thoroughbred Society, a privately owned club, seeks a personable, motivated, and career-oriented professional individual. The Concierge Team Member is responsible for welcoming and checking-in Members and Guests. Their duties include seating Members and Guests for reservations, passing out menus, accepting phone calls and communicating messages to respective managers, enforcing the Guest Policy and Dress Code Policy, and assisting with light administrative work.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • The Concierge will ensure each Member receives highly personalized Member experiences.
  • This individual will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation.
  • The Concierge must be well-connected in hospitality, and fine dining.
  • Greet Members and provide the highest level of client service
  • Act as a liaison between Members and other departments to fulfill clients' needs.
  • Assist with creating reservations. 
  • Seat Members at lunch tables. 
  • Providing customers with menus and answering general questions they may have. 
  • Answering phones and scheduling reservations.
